These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the xssokk platform, including all betting, casino games, account management, payments, and promotional offers. By creating an account or placing a bet on xssokk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xssokk ("xssokk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xssokk website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, bingo, and any promotional activities offered through the platform.

Account Registration & Verification

Account Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active xssokk account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xssokk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
KYC Verification
xssokk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method at any point, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued photo ID — National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.

xssokk will process all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xssokk login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. xssokk will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on xssokk is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your xssokk account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method. xssokk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered xssokk account holder — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
xssokk reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. xssokk will not process withdrawals to any account or wallet belonging to a third party under any circumstances.
Dormant Account Funds
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. xssokk reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified via their registered email before any such fee is applied.
Bonuses & Promotions
xssokk periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer.
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified for each offer.
- Bonuses are awarded in xssokk bonus credit and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or payable to a third party.
- xssokk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Welcome Bonus
New xssokk players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus terms, including the minimum qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period, are published on the xssokk promotions page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Abuse of Promotions
xssokk takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage or low-risk betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, withdrawing before completing wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, xssokk reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, close the associated accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawal amounts pending investigation.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games and betting markets available on the xssokk platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or betting lobby. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
Random Number Generation

- Odds are displayed at the time the bet is placed and are locked upon bet confirmation, subject to any pre-match or in-play rule changes noted in the market description.
- In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable Sportsbook Rules for that market type.
- xssokk reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the result was known prior to the bet being placed (i.e., late betting on concluded events).
- Any bet placed in error due to a manifest pricing error will be voided. xssokk is under no obligation to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system fault, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, xssokk reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player. xssokk does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered xssokk player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xssokk platform:
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
- Money laundering — using the xssokk platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
- Match-fixing or inside information — placing bets using non-public, insider, or manipulated information about the outcome of any sporting event.
- Use of automated tools — using bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
- Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or tournament.
- Exploitation of software errors — deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the xssokk platform to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Account sharing or selling — sharing your login credentials with another person or selling, transferring, or assigning your xssokk account to any third party.
- Abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening, or harassing language at xssokk staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
xssokk employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, xssokk reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze any associated funds, void all open and settled bets within the relevant period, and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Account Suspension & Closure
xssokk reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a KYC request.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Confirmed registration by a person under 18 years of age.
- Request for self-exclusion made by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your xssokk account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply. Bonus balances that do not meet withdrawal conditions will be forfeited upon closure.
Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xssokk's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xssokk expressly excludes liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the xssokk platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

- Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from your use of inaccurate account information or compromised login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits xssokk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Amendments & Governing Law
xssokk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the xssokk website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the xssokk platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 08.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the xssokk platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and xssokk, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation and direct communication with our support team.

Severability

Entire Agreement
